I was really excited about having a GPS functioning since I am running in a new place, and knowing the distances would be a big plus.
I had read the reviews, and it sounded like just what I needed--time and distance at a good value.
I had finally discarded my 10 year old garmin, and the light weight and attractive watch seemed great when it arrived.
Except it didn't work. No power on arrival. Would not take a charge.
Since I received this late on Friday, I could not get anyone to take a call for support the entire weekend. I ended up returning it to Sports Authority, who took it back with no problem. But I am without a GPS, and unlikely to get another.
I did get a belated message from the manufacturer suggesting it was a likely faulty battery. Shouldn't happen with a new watch. And the company should try harder to make the buyer happy. And I am not.
Was this a gift?:
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
