For your convenience, in-store and online purchases can be returned or exchanged within 30 days to any Sports Authority store. Online purchases may also be returned by mail. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts and accessories.
Complete the return reason questionnaire on the packing slip and place it in the package. Remove the mailing label portion and include the remainder of the slip in the return package. Use the entire label.
Affix the return label to the package. Before sending your return shipment, please remove or cover all extra labels on the outside of the package.

Drop it off at any U.S. Postal Service location, your local Post Office™ or neighborhood postal collection boxes. You can also schedule a free postal carrier pick up, visit USPS.com to make arrangements.
Some shipping labels may have UPS® listed as an eligible carrier. Please check your label to see if you can ship it via UPS.

You can expect a refund in the same form of the original payment within one billing cycle (30 days) once we receive your return.
Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
