It's a wood bat - they all break

Comments about RAWLINGS Adirondack Pro Ash 325 Light Baseball Bat:

some reviewers don't seem to understand ALL wood bats eventually break. This is especially true if you don't know how to hit with one - it's not aluminum. The trademark must always be 90 degrees (up or down) from point of impact. Lighter bats use less dense wood and generally aren't as strong as heavier bats from the same kind of wood. Treat it right, and it will work well. Stay away from those dimpled machine pitched balls with any wooden bat!

The bat is extremely well balanced and generates high bat speed. Excellent bat for smaller and weaker players and those patient enough to let the ball get close to or over the plate where a quick bat can get you a hit.

Comments about RAWLINGS Adirondack Pro Ash 325 Light Baseball Bat:

Purchased this for my 13 year old son. Bat cracked after 4-5 games. A few fowl balls, a few bunts and a few line drives and no more bat. Kids at this level are only pitching 50-70 mph.

Comments about RAWLINGS Adirondack Pro Ash 325 Light Baseball Bat:

this is a quality product for the price. I recommend taping a grip as the grip i fairly slippery. Overall, it is a great bat to use in the cage and batting practice to work on your swing.

Comments about RAWLINGS Adirondack Pro Ash 325 Light Baseball Bat:

ultra light, great for a young player to get used to an adult sized wood bat. Anything near the label though, particularly a 65 mph plus fastball and you'll be picking up shards from the ground.
