I did not get to use the product because they sent right handed clubs instead of the ordered Left Handed clubs. There is no customer service at Sports Authority. You cannot reach them directly because that; press the 0 is never in the lineup of options. I had a great problem EVEN speaking to a live person. THERE was NO option for that either. The only way I ever got to talk to a live person is to hit #2 to ORDER!!! You can imagine how upset and then finally angry I was to talk to a LIVE person to resolve this issue. When I asked to talk to customer service I was told NO ONE was available. I would explain my problem to the order dept but in reality they did not care. Sports Authority employees who took any of my calls could not HEAR ME. Never have that problem with anyone else. I had to YELL into my phone with it on hands free. Someone at sports authority needs to get rid of their magic jacks or whatever they are using (certainly not a land line) if for no other reason to not have CUSTOMERS yell into the phone so they can hear us. Oh when I finally reached a customer service rep he certainly did not have a problem hearing me, his phone worked just fine. So now for 2 weeks I waited for my replacement clubs. None were coming. Until Dec 12 I guess the just FORGOT to put in a request to have the correct previous order filled as it was ordered; LEFT HANDED CLUBS. After speaking with John in customer service (that took about 1 1/2 hours to get there on the last day he said that he was sorry. WELL sorry does not cut it with me. I explained to him about no customer service number; even on the internet. It is well hidden from the public. Once again he was sorry.......ha! He said he would give me his customer service number and extenstion and did so. By monday the 15th the clubs were still sitting in my dinning room and no I was not goint to take them to USPS or the store. I am 68 with a dissability a profound dissability so that would prove a hardship. So here I am 2 weeks later with the clubs still sitting in my dinning room Sports Authority doesn't really want them back as they still have all my money. Finally after calling USPS with no resolution I called Sports Authority once more only getting a live person through #2 the order department. I asked to speak with a Customer service rep. She says we can't do that. I replied you had best do that or you will not want to be listening to me in the next 2 minutes. She forwarded the call. The CS rep said there was nothing she could do. I said well look up what JOhn told me on sat. After once again being on hold for over 30 minutes she finally said she would have someone pick them up. I told her at that point to cancel the correct clubs as I no longer wanted them or to EVER DEAL WITH SPORTS AUTHORITY AGAIN! Finally USPS picked up the clubs yesterday by me staying home all day to make sure I did not miss the pick up and get a receit to call SA with the ticket number so I can get my money back. This am I get an email from Sports Authority saying they have notice that the clubs were picked up and they would credit my account in 14 days. So now they have had my money for over a month for a mistake THEY MADE . Don't even ask me how that impacted me. So another call to SA to have my money ASAP. Probably won't work as I think they are in trouble financially to hold my money that long....????? I will NEVER AGAIN use Sports Authority for any reason and I mean any reason. There is NO customer service. You bet I lost my temper a few times going through this mess. You bet I was on the phone in TOTAL over 4 hours trying to resolve this mess. So Sport Authority I hope you are happy right now because I AM NOT HAPPY! Thanks for the worst customer service I have EVER rec'd from anyone. I hope you read this and call me to tell me my money will be in my account in 3 days not 2 weeks from now.
