Product Details

These Nike® women's Air Zoom Structure 19 Flash running shoes offer the stability you need to speed through perilous winter conditions. They're crafted with a three-layer mesh upper that repels water to keep you dry while providing necessary ventilation. Triple-density foam in the midsole helps slow the rate of pronation, and flex grooves on the outsole encourage a fluid transition from heel strike to toe-off.

Key Specs:

  • Model Number: 806579
  • Shoe Width: B
  • Classification: Motion Control/Stability
  • Recommended Fit: These shoes run true to size.
  • Breathability: Yes
  • Shoe Weight: 9 oz

Features

Benefits

  • Upper: Mesh
  • Mesh upper is lightweight and comfortable.
  • Midsole : Combination Phylon®/Cushlon
  • These foams are fused together with heat to create a dual-density cushioning system.
  • Outsole: Blown Rubber Outsole
  • Blown rubber outsole provides a lightweight, cushioned ride.
  • Cushioning Technology: Zoom Air Unit
  • Zoom Air units enhance deflection impact and cushion the foot.
  • Heel Technology: Internal Heel Counter
  • An internal insert that reinforces the heel cup of the shoe, reducing slippage.
  • Pronation: Dynamic Support
  • For overpronators, the firmer, wedged carrier foam limits excessive pronation--without adding the weight of a traditional medial post. Neutral runners won't activate this pronation-control feature, so the Dynamic Support platform will simply feel like a well-cushioned, neutral shoe.
  • Lacing System: Flywire®
  • Lightweight cables integrate with the laces, wrapping the mid-foot for security.

Additional Info

  • Water-repellent construction using three layers of mesh (abrasion-resistant top layer, reflective film mid layer that repels water, and a tightly woven mesh base)
  • Full mesh inner sleeve feels just like a sock
  • Tongue notches make it easier to get the shoes on/off
  • Ortholite® sockliner for responsive cushioning
  • Shock-absorbing rubber crash rail
  • Deep flex grooves promote smooth transitions
  • Allover multicolor reflectivity improves visibility in low light; inspired by the Aurora Borealis
  • Waffle outsole pattern
  • Nike Swoosh® logo on the sides
  • Imported

Great Arch support But Stiff Shoe

Comments about Nike Women's Air Zoom Structure 19 Flash Running Shoes:

Most likely these are good shoes for running. However I needed some flex for my Zumba use in the gym. There is pretty much no flex in the sole but the sole support is really great and thick. When I tried lateral moves, the inside at the top hit my ankle bone causing discomfort. The store sales associate recommended I try out this shoe and fortunately Sports Authority has a wonderful return policy.
