Comments about NIKE Men's Free Trainer 5.0 Training Shoes:
At first I wasn't to sure on spending almost $100 on a pair of shoes only for weight lifting. After a few weeks of pondering the idea, I purchased them. At first they were a little tight, had to break them in. Shoe size is off by 1/2 size to short. I do cardio and lift heavy on dead lift and squat. These shoes are terrific. They don't slip and they adhere to the ground like the $200 weight lifting shoes. Best part is they can be worn out in public, unlike the weight lifting shoes. I truly enjoy and would purchase another pair and actually will order another pair when they go on sale. My only issue is they are not easy to slip on without damaging the shoe it self. But I will manage and that alone does not constitute a bad review.
