Great way to run with water

Comments about NATHAN QuickShot Plus Water Flask with Hand Strap:

I went to the store looking for the more heavy duty hydration belts that wrap around your waist and have lots of pockets for 2-4 little water bottles and places for your energy chews, but not really wanting to get it because I'm a beginning jogger and don't want to add bulk or obstructive things to my body, making it even harder to focus on running. While shopping in that section, I came across this water flask that strapped to your hand. Didn't love that it was strapped to my hand but I really liked that it was way smaller and cheaper. On the first run (10 miles) after purchasing it, it worked out great. I filled the water flask all the way to the top. I drank most of the water by the end of the run but didn't need all of it. There's a small little bag with an easy-to-open zipper that I grabbed my energy chews out of a couple times throughout the run. It worked out great and because the design of it wraps around my hand so closely, I knew it was there, but it didn't bother me during the run. It felt like it was just a little extension of my hand. I didn't have to readjust the hand strap during the run. It stayed secured to my hand nicely without moving around, but wasn't so tight that it started chaffing or cutting off blood supply or anything. It's a great alternative if you really need water and small food items during your run, but don't want the bulk of the hydration belt.
