Comments about Marcy 150 lb. Home Gym:

This is the perfect unit for someone with limited space. It really allows for full body workout. I found it best to purchase an additional knurled straight bar for standing curls as the pull down lat bar is smooth and can slip in hand a bit. As far as install most user reviews are estimating 4-7 hours to assemble. I had an outside company perform assembly....45 min and I was ready to go. My opinion is spend the extra cash and have a pro assemble it to avoid any problems or potential safety issues.
All in all, a great bargain!

Comments about Marcy 150 lb. Home Gym:

I am getting back into working out again after an extended period. The machines I used at my apt. complex were nice but they were large and bulky. I decided to put one in the garage of my now home. It has all the same things in the machines I used there but it is compact and easy to use whenever I need.

I really like it. Put next to the treadmill and I have everything I feel I need to start working out again and it works really well.

If there was a complaint, I would only have one. When you are using the chest press (I may be saying the term wrong but the part when you bring your arms/elbows in front of you), it is a bit clumsy as the two exercises (chest press and lift)are used with the same pieces of the machine.

Other than that, I really like it and am glad I purchased it.
