Overall, love it.

It does fold, but it's still a bit awkward to move around. If it's stored right beside where it's being used, though, it shouldn't be too difficult. But if you need to move it from room to room, it's best if you have two people, because it's still very LONG, even when folded, and unless you tied it down, it wants to swing open while you're trying to carry it. I wish my house were bigger, because leaving it set up would be the ideal situation.
