Comments about ASICS Men's GT-1000 4 Running Shoes:
I still think it's hard buying shoes online, yet I continue in the hopes of finding "a deal." ASICS is still a top brand for me - I like how my feet are wrapped/supported by the shoe. I forget sometimes that I need a half-size larger with their brand. I prefer the more cushioned feel of a so-called gel shoe, but today that doesn't mean the same is it once did. This is the first of pair I've purchased of this model; the soles are definitely hard, with reasonably decent support and comfort to my feet inside. Of course time will tell if their "high abrasion rubber" holds up, and whether my feet will ache at the end of the day. I'm 61, and I will use them more for walking.
